Additional information
In order to use the voice mailbox you have to redirect your calls to the number of the voice mailbox for the situations that you want it to be activated.
Redirection of calls to the Voice Mailbox
049 900901 is your voice mailbox number where your calls are redirected in case you wish to activate the redirection of the calls in the number of the voice mailbox, using the mobile services of IPKO. Check the part of the transferring of calls / redirection of calls to see how the calls can be transferred to other numbers, including the voice mailbox.
- The redirected call in the voice mailbox is free of charge if the call is redirected as long as the user is in Kosovo
- The redirected call in the voice mailbox is charged in case the call is redirected while the user is outside Kosovo.
Listening to the voice messages while in Kosovo

The listening of the voice messages is charged, and so is the normal time while making the call; it depends on how long you will stay on line to listen to your voice messages.
