Users of Ipko mobile telephony can use roaming without having to activate the roaming service. Roaming is activated for all Ipko GSM users. As long as users of Ipko GSM services are out of Kosovo, they can make a roaming call, accept roaming calls and send
SMS.
Business users will use Normal Roaming for services outside Kosova.
