To activate the voice mail, send a message at 123 with the text:
- “Plus vsm” to activate voice mail
- “Minus vms” to deactivate the voice mail
Or call the call Customer Care at 043 700 700 or 049 700 700, where one of our agents will send you the automatic configuration on your mobile phone.
For activation you will be charged as per standard SMS.

To use Voice Mail, you have to redirect your calls to Voice Mail number – for situations you wish to activate the voice mail.
Redirecting the calls to Voice Mail
049 900 901 is the number of Voice Mail – where your calls are redirected in case you wish to activate the redirection of calls at Voice Mail number, by using the services of IPKO mobile telephony. Redirected call to Voice Mail is free of charge, if it is redirected while the user is in Kosova.
The redirected call to Voice Mail will be charged, if it is redirected while the user is abroad.

Dial: 049 900 900, to hear your voice mail.
Hearing voice is with a charge, as for a normal voice call. So, it depends how long you will stay on the line to hear your voice mail.
Hearing voice mail, from the phone of a third party
Dial: 049 900 902 to hear your voice mail from the phone of a third party – from other mobile phone, or from a fix line telephone in Kosova.
Dial: 00 386 49 900 902 to hear your voice mail from a phone of a third party – from other mobile phone, or from a fix line abroad.
Hearing your voice mail from a phone of a third party is charges with a normal fee as for making a regular phone call. So, it depends how long you are going to stay on the line to hear your voice mail.
