How much does a receiver cost?
A receiver is a property of IPKO and it is not for sale. While, the price for activation differs depending on how many months you subscribe on one of the digital television packages. For monthly subscription, activation of a service is 20 EUR, for 3 months subscription – activation is 15 EUR, 6 months subscription – activation is 10 EUR, and if you subscribe for a whole year in advance, then activation of service will be free of charge.
Will you be adding new channels?
We work all the time to bring you new channels and we inform you for each new channels on our First channel.
What is Pay Per View?
Pay Per View is a service through which you can watch programs based on your wish, by buying credit in our shops or through SMS. The services is part of the Family and Premium package.
How do I buy Pay Per View credits?
You can buy credit to watch programs through Pay Per View service in two ways, through our stores or through SMS.
I have lost the SMART card. What should I do?
You visit our store in order to buy a new card. The new card costs 15EUR. Be careful, the card is entered into the receiver in the same manner.
