1. Where can I see IPKO MENU on my mobile phone?
You can see IPKO MENU on your mobile phone's main menu. However, it also depends on the model of your mobile phone. Below, are examples of where you can see IPKO MENU:
Nokia: Main menu > IPKO
Samsung: Main menu > Applications > IPKO
LG: Main menu > Tools > IPKO
SonyEricsson: Main menu > Tools > IPKO
IPhone: Settings > Phone > SIM application
2. Why should I use IPKO MENU application?
For easier usage of services offered by IPKO.
3. Will I be charged for using this application?
No, this service is free of charge, to ease procedures of the use of services offered by IPKO. If the client uses IPKO MENU while out of Kosova, then he/she will be charged with international SMS tariffs.
4. Does it take a lot of space on the mobile's memory?
IPKO MENU does not take a lot of space on your mobile phone's memory.
5. Can this application be used by all IPKO clients?
Application appears on all IPKO SIM cards, whether you are a private Prepaid/Postpaid, or business Prepaid/Postpaid user.
Some of the menu options can be used by private users, but not business users (example change of package, and my circle service can not be used by business users and private Postpaid users)
6. If I change the package by clicking on the menu, will I have to pay?
Yes, the user will be charged the standard fee for changing the package, adding/deleting anyone from the circle, etc. The user will also be charged the standard SMS fee.
7. If the user wants to delete IPKO MENU, can this be done?
No. The user does not have to use the application if he does not want to. However, IPKO MENU cannot be deleted from the mobile phone as it is a part of IPKO SIM card.
8. Why am I not seeing the menu after I have clicked on the IPKO icon?
Because when used for the first time, the user has to wait 20 seconds for the menu to download. During the download time, the user should not click on any button since it will not be able to speed up the process but instead delay it, or even restart it.
9. Why do I have to wait every time when I click on one of the menu options?
This only happens when the application is used for the first time since it takes time for the information to be downloaded. The user should not click on any button until this procedure is finished.
