How to refill my account?
- Your cccount can be refilled by entering our web page, through our web self care portal
- When you enter our web page, on the left top corner you can see a Login button, where you enter and write your password and user name (the same ones you use for the internet as well).
- Automatically a page will open where you will be asked to write a 14 code PIN dhe after you will have to click the button Send.

Where can I get a router?
You can get a router in our stores, for a price of only 20€.
Will my lost days be compensated?
Based on the paragrahp which is found in your contract, IPKO compensates the lost days only if the issue is caused from our side or if the technicians have been late. In order to compensate, you will have to write an e-mail from your user account (which is secured from IPKO) on the address bocomplaints@ipko.com who will give you an answer.
