Your mobile phone account can be refilled in several ways:
- Scratch card
- E-top up
- Mobile refill - client to distributor
- Credit transfer
- SMS Top Up with Banka Ekonomike
- SMS Top Up with Banka për Biznes
- SMS Top Up with NLB Prishtina
- SMS Top Up with ProCredit
- SMS Top Up with Raiffeisen Bank
- SMS Top Up with TEB Bank
- IPKOMat, refill through Procredit Bank ATM's
All these methods of top up enable you to be in continuous contact with others.
Scratch cards are from 5 €, 10 € and 20 €
Scratch cards can be purchased in all IPKO stores and authorized distributors.
To top up your mobile phone account through scratch cards you have to reveal the code and dial:*123* and the revealed 16 digit code#.
To top up somebody else’s account, dial: *123* revealed 16 digit code* (telephone number) #.
Electronic refill
Through electronic refill, you choose how much you will refill your mobile phone account. Choose the amount of the credit you wish to refill your phone with, from 1.00 € to 50.00 €.
Validity
Validity of your account depends on the amount of the credit chosen to refill your mobile phone account and applies from the moment you make the refill:

| 10€ to 19€ | 180 days |
| 20€ and above | 330 days |
*Validity, which you set by a selected refills, specifies the time frame during which you can use all mobile telephony services, while after the expiration of for example 10, 20 or 30 days, for the next 30 days you can only receive calls.
If you don’t refill your account within those 30 days, your phone number will be suspended.
