IPKO Points rewards loyal mobile telephony clients! Register for FREE and -become part of IPKO Pika!
All of our residential mobile telephony clients, prepaid and postpaid, which have been with IPKO for more than 6 months, can start receiving points every month. The longer you are in IPKO, and the more you spend, the more points you will receive!
Points can be changed into Internet on mobile, SMS, Super Circle, Fillo 10, MMS or you can collect those and change them for a gift* which you can pick it up at an IPKO store.
Registration with the program is free and can be done in several ways:
- By sending an SMS to 123 with the text "pika",
- By calling * 777 #,
- Visiting IPKO stores,
- or by calling Call Center.
The beginning of receiving the points
After you have registered, you begin to receive points on the 1st of subsequent month. For example, if you register on the 27th of a certain month, receiving the points begins on the 1st of the subsequent month.
How will you receive points?
If you are IPKO client for the minimum of 6 months, then as soon as you register you will receive points to welcome you in the program, depending from, how long you have been IPKO client:

After you have registered with the program, you will receive points on a monthly basis depending on how many months you have been part of IPKO and how much you are spending per month (from the moment you enter the program):

The value of 1 point is equal to 1 on-net MIN, 1 MB of internet on mobile or 1 on-net SMS.
You can change your points by sending an SMS to 123 with the text as follows:
- XX min – instead of xx you add a number of points which you wish to change to MIN
- XX mb – instead of xx you add a number of points which you wish to change to MB
- XX sms – instead of xx you add a number of points which you wish to change to SMS
Points are valid indefinitely, while the minutes and the MB have a validity of 30 days.
Other informations
- To check the balance of the account of points call *777#.
- The minimum value of points that can be converted is 10.
- If you still haven’t completed 6 months being in IPKO and during this time you are registered in IPKO Points program, then you will start to receive points after you have reached 6 months, automatically.
