Allo tariff includes two services, which enable you to make calls for most affordable prices:

• My Circle service, enables you to add 10 numbers, with which you can communicate for 5 cents / min during the week and only 2 cents / min during the weekend
• Super Circle service, enables you, to communicate with 10 numbers for only 1 cent / minute during one week or during one whole month

Allo tariff, by activating My Circle service and adding up to 10 of your favorite persons (numbers) in the circle, you can communicate uninterruptedly, for 5 cents/min during the week and only 2 cents/min and 2 cents/SMS during the weekend, without any activation fee.

Meanwhile, Super Circle service, enables you to talk with 10 of your favorite persons (numbers) in the circle, during one week for 1 cent/min, for only 1€ activation fee or you can talk for one whole month for 1 cent/min, for only 3€ activation fee.

How to add numbers in the Circle?

First, you will have to activate the Circle, by texting rrethi to 123. After the circle has been activated, you may begin adding up to 10 numbers to your circle, by texting: Plus 049xxxxxx, to number 123.

To remove numbers from your circle, you will have to text Minus 049xxxxxx, to number 123.

You can also add numbers of IPKO fixed telephony, in this format: +3864943xxxxxx.

How to activate Super Circle service?

• To activate the weekly service, text “Super” to 123. The cost: 1€.
• To activate the monthly service, text “MSuper” to 123. The cost: 3€.

Prices for national calls, applicable with Allo tariff:

• VAT is included in the price as well
• Payment period is 60 – 10. The first minute of the call is calculated in full, while starting from the second minute, the call is calculated for every 10 seconds.
• First 2 seconds of the calls made on IPKO mobile are free of charge.
• Free of charge numbers: 049/038 700 700, 112, 92, 93, 94.

How to switch to Allo tariff? 

If you wish to switch to Allo tariff, then send an SMS at 123 with text “Allo”, or call “Customer Care” center on 049/038 700 700. Changing the tariff once a month is free of charge, while for any other changes you have to pay 1€.

Sending SMS at 123

Sending free SMS at 123, within one day, is limited. At number 123 you can send only 5 SMS’s a day. Each SMS sent above five at number 123,  costs as one standard SMS.

Off peak: from Monday to Friday from 22:00 – 06:00; and on Saturday and Sunday from 22:00 – 06:00.
