General terms and conditions of subscription to IPKO Telecommunication services constitute in entirety the agreement between the Subscriber and IPKO, where in detailed manner the rights and obligations are described for both parties.

It is necessary that the Subscriber reads carefully the document described above, in order to have a clear picture of the service offered by IPKO, as well as conditions to use this service. The subscriber must distinctly know that by signing this Contract he/she declares that has read and agreed with all the conditions foreseen by this document.
