Information on the use of packages:

Activation, Modification or Deactivation for postpaid users is made through the responsible officer for businesses;
Activation for prepaid users is made by sending an SMS to 123 with the following text: EU15, EU35 or EU80;
Change for prepaid users is made by activating the preferred package;
Deactivation for prepaid users is made by sending an SMS to 123 with the following text: EUSTOP;
Verification of the balance of minutes is made through the code *411#.
