IPKO is going through the final stage of implementing the country code. The final technical migration of all IPKO mobile users will be completed on the 1st of June, early in the morning.

This is the most complex process; therefore, you can face some difficulties during Saturday. We kindly ask for your patience, as this is a temporary process.

If you are facing any difficulty, or have no network coverage during Saturday, please follow the steps below after 08:00 o’clock in the morning:

I am in Kosovo and have lost network connection. What should I do?

  • Step 1 – Turn OFF/ON your phone (Note: If you attach manually, please choose IPKO or 221 02 as your network).

If you still have no coverage:

  • Step 2 – With your phone switched ON, remove the SIM card and insert it back into the phone again. If the phone asks you to restart, please restart it (If you search network manually, please choose IPKO or 221 02 as your network).

If you still have no coverage:

  • Step 3 – Contact IPKO call centre on 049 700 700 or email on: info@ipko.com

I am in Kosovo and have connected to the network but I cannot use data. What should I do?

  • Step 1 – Check if your APN name is set to IPKO. If not, please set it to IPKO and check if you can use data.
  • Step 2 – If APN name is set to IPKO but still cannot use data, please restart your phone.
  • Step 3 – If you have completed steps 1 – 2 but still cannot use data, please contact IPKO Call Centre on 049 700 700 or email on: info@ipko.com

I am outside Kosovo on roaming and lost network. What should I do?

  • Step 1 – Please choose manually one of the operators with which we now have direct roaming relations. The list of operators can be viewed on 1st of June here and select the country in which you are roaming.

If there is no operator listed in your visiting country, unfortunately you will not be able to roam, until operators from that country makes the changes in their network and opens the range for our country code 383. If you need more clarifications, please dial *770#, and in short time you will receive a call from our Customer Care Centre, or email us on info@ipko.com.
