IPKO is going through the final stage of implementing the country code. The final technical migration of all IPKO mobile users will be completed on the 1st of June, early in the morning.
This is the most complex process; therefore, you can face some difficulties during Saturday. We kindly ask for your patience, as this is a temporary process.
If you are facing any difficulty, or have no network coverage during Saturday, please follow the steps below after 08:00 o’clock in the morning:

If there is no operator listed in your visiting country, unfortunately you will not be able to roam, until operators from that country makes the changes in their network and opens the range for our country code 383. If you need more clarifications, please dial *770#, and in short time you will receive a call from our Customer Care Centre, or email us on info@ipko.com.
