IPKO finalizes the second cycle of donations to support children!

All medical devices have already been distributed to a total of 20 (twenty) pediatric units of Main Family Medicine Centers.

Based on annual visits, it is estimated that more than 350 thousand children in the country benefit from this donation (amounting to 150,000 euros), which aims at providing Pediatric Units with devices and the tools necessary to perform their work. The devices that have been donated include ultrasound devices for pediatric services, hematology counters, biochemical devices, full-set dental chairs, 12-channel ECG devices, fetal monitor used in gynecology services and maternities, Holter blood measurement device, oxygen devices, defibrillators, spirometers, and numerous other devices.

“We stand with the children” initiative kicked off at Prizren Regional Hospital to further spread across MFMCs in other municipalities such as: Ferizaj, Obiliq, Skenderaj, Drenas, Gjakova, Peja, Gjilan, Graçanica, Klina, Istog, Suhareka, Rahovec, Junik, Ranilug, Podujeva, Vushtrria, Deçan, Malisheva and Mitrovica.
