Call forwarding

Unconditional Call Forwarding:

Service activation and deactivation can be done in the phone settings, but also through the following codes:

Activation: *21* phone number (049 xxx xxx)#
Deactivation of service: #21#
Check CF status for unconditional calls: *#21#

Call forwarding when you do not answer the call

Activation: *61* phone number (049 xxx xxx)#
Deactivation of service: #61#
Check CF status for unanswered calls: *#61#

Service activation is free of charge, while the client who redirected the calls will be charged for conversations depending on the destination (on-net calls, off-net calls or international calls) and the location of the number (whether in Kosovo or Roaming).

If the user who redirected the calls has an active package that includes minutes for use in Kosovo or Roaming, then the package minutes will be decreased, otherwise the main account will be charged.
