Arta has more than 20 years of managerial experience, over 12 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Human Resources as a manager at IPKO, as well as a lecturer in the academic field. She is educated at well-known American, British and European universities, and holds a doctorate and PhD degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Management and Labor Economics.

Arta has publications in international scientific journals, focusing on Human Resource management. The aim of her current task is to enable HR to fully integrate into business operations and to play an integral role in achieving the company’s strategic plan. Prior to joining IPKO, Arta worked as an economic advisor to the Ministry of Trade and Industry and also held executive positions in EU and USAID projects.
