Tomaž Seljak has 24 years of experience in the telecom industry. His first responsibilities in Telekom Slovenije were development, monitoring, and introducing optical networks within the Cable Network Maintenance Centre, which he joined in 1997.

In 2014 he became a member (CTO) and Vice President of the Management Board of the telecoms incumbent Telekom Slovenije and in 2019 the supervisory board appointed Mr. Seljak the new chairman, whereas in March 2021 he got appointed as Assistant to CEO. He has a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Seljak was appointed as the  CEO of IPKO as of November 2021, bringing the excellent background to lead IPKO into reaching further successes.
