In order to provide fixed services by IPKO, the equipment that enables the provision of services is provided to the Users.

The equipment remains the property of IPKO while the User keeps using the same during the duration of the contract.

The user is obliged to return the equipment he has in use no later than 5 (five) days from the termination/expiration of the Contract.

The user is obliged to use and maintain the equipment in accordance with the conditions defined in the TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION, which is an integral part of the Contract.

In case of non-return of the equipment, damage as a result of non-use according to the instructions, as well as loss, the User is obliged to pay the full value of the equipment, according to the value specified in the price list defined below.
