The IPKO Telecommunication Company is certified according to the international standards ISO 9001 for the Quality Management System, and ISO 27001 for the Information Security Management System. These certifications specify the terms and definitions that apply to all quality management system standards, developed by ISO, and that institutions or organizations use the standard to prove that they meet the conditions and criteria required in relation to quality management, as well as meet the conditions and criteria required regarding information security management.

After a successful audit by the Slovenian Institute for Quality and Metrology, it has been estimated that IPKO has met all the criteria of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards in all the categories of services it offers: Mobile Phone, Fixed Phone, Internet and Television Digital.

Since the establishment of IPKO in Kosovo, IPKO has been based on ISO standards for all categories of its scope, since Telekom i Slovenia also supports and is certified in different categories of ISO standards.
