The Western Balkans includes the following countries: Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, North

While the Region includes the following countries: Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, and Turkey.

At the beginning of each month, you will receive an SMS with information on your
spending for the previous month, and at the same time an e-mail containing the invoice
with spending details. Your account balance and debt are also shown in your profile in
the My IPKO application.
