Tip packages

TIP packages are prepaid packages that contain combined benefits such as: minutes, SMS and mobile internet and allow you to communicate with all operators in Kosovo and the Western Balkans.

Tip packages

To activate one of the TIP packages, you must have an active IPKO number and sufficient funds in your account, depending on which package you want to activate.
Below in the table you will find the TIP packages that can be activated via the corresponding code or via our MyIPKO application (which you can find in the AppStore and Playstore depending on whether you are an IOS or Android user).

BP – Western Balkans
Free GB are valid for the first 3 activations, for private customers who have had one of the Trendi, Aktiv, or Ndryshe packages in the last 90 days.
With the activation of the Tip Mini, Super, or Max packages, the previous packages Tip Trendi, Aktiv, and Ndryshe will no longer be available.
The benefits of the TIP Mini package are valid for use only within Kosovo, while the benefits of the TIP Super and Tip Max packages can also be used during a stay in the Western Balkan countries (Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina).
National minutes and SMS for the Tip Super and Max packages can be used in total in the Western Balkan countries with all operators.
If you have a problem using the internet, please check if you have it activated. If not, activate your internet by dialing the code *321#.
To avoid spending from your main internet account, you must first stop “data” on your phone and activate a new TIP package, and then re-enable the “data” option.
Unused MB and minutes of the package are lost upon expiration of your package. In order to keep the remaining MB and minutes, you must activate a new package before the expiration of the old package (at least one day earlier). In case of overactivation of the TIP package (Super or Max), the remaining MB for use in the Western Balkans are not transferred but are replaced with the MB of the newly activated package.
To activate packages in advance, you must have sufficient funds in your account. IPKO offers the possibility of sending top-ups in various values to your number or to someone else’s IPKO number by visiting any of our stores and distributors or more easily by sending electronic top-ups through the following channels:

Managing packages, activating, checking account balance, and sending packages as gifts can be done more easily through the MyIPKO application (which you can find in the AppStore and PlayStore).

After the expiration of the TiP package, the new package (the last activated with the largest amount) is automatically reactivated whenever you top up. If you do not want the TIP package to be activated automatically, you can stop the automatic activation by dialing the code *110*9#.
