Executive Director

András Páli

András Páli is the Chief Executive Officer of IPKO, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining IPKO, he served as Technology Strategist at Telekom Slovenije fromMay to November 2023. Earlier, he held the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at VIVACOM from March 2021 to February 2022, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s technology and network development. Between February 2022 and April 2023, András worked as an independent consultant, focusing on 5G innovation and strategic business planning. Throughout his career, he has led several high-impact initiatives, including the rapid deployment of 4G/U900 technology for Ncell, overseeing Ncell’s successful transition to the Axiata Group, and contributing to disaster recovery efforts during the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, for which theteam received the prestigious GSMA GLOMO Award. András holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Control Engineering from Budapest Műszaki Főiskola (1991). He assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of IPKO in November 2023, where he leads the company’s continued growth and technological advancement.

Director of the Finance Department

Astrit Shehu

Astrit Shehu is Director of the Finance Department at IPKO.
He joined the company in 2012, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in finance and financial
management. Prior to his current role, he held key positions including Accounting Manager and
Financial Control Officer for more than five years, contributing to the strengthening of the company’s
financial processes and internal controls. Astrit holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pristina
and is a certified accountant. His professional background also includes valuable experience in financial
control gained while working at one of the largest banks in Kosovo.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, he contributes to academia as a lecturer in Managerial
Accounting and Cost Accounting at SCAAK.

Director of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department

Zana Bejta

Zana Bejta is Director of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department at IPKO.
Zana specialized in Communication and Computer Law at Queen Mary University of London.
Together with her team, she plays a central role in safeguarding IPKO’s legal integrity and
strengthening its reputation as a company that operates in full compliance with the highest
legal and regulatory standards in the telecommunications industry. She previously served
as Legal Adviser within the company, building extensive experience in telecommunications
law and regulatory affairs.

Director of the Administration Department

Avdi BYTYÇI

Avdi Bytyçi is Director of Administration and Procurement at IPKO, bringing nearly 20 years
of managerial experience in procurement and administrative 
management.
He joined IPKO in April 2008.
Avdi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in General Management,
from the University of Sheffield. He has extensive experience in international strategic
procurement and supply chain management, with strong expertise in analysis, negotiation,
process optimization, and cost efficiency. Through his work, he has contributed to
transforming procurement processes to ensure maximum value and efficiency for the
company’s investments.

Director of the Technical Department

Nenad MICKOSKI

Nenad Mickoski is Director of the Technical Department at IPKO and has led the
company’s technical teams for more than eight years.
He combines a strong technology background with an MBA from the Bled School of Management.
With over 23 years of international experience in the telecommunications industry, Nenad
brings extensive expertise in driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable
technological development. His vision focuses on aligning advanced technology with human
potential to enhance customer satisfaction and support long-term business sustainability through
a balanced approach that combines high performance with a strong people-centered mindset.

Director of the Commercial Department

Arianit DURAKU

Arianit Duraku is Director of the Commercial Department at IPKO.
With more than 20 years of combined experience in the telecommunications and banking industries,
he brings a strong strategic and operational perspective to the company.
Having dedicated over a decade to the telecommunications sector, Arianit has developed a deep understanding of market dynamics, challenges, and growth opportunities. His expertise includes program management, strategic leadership, and the development of high-performing, results-driven sales teams. Prior to joining IPKO, he held key roles at TEB Bank, ProCredit Bank, Mercy Corps, and the OSCE, building extensive experience in the banking sector. His professional journey reflects a consistent track record of driving business growth across diverse industries through a strategic and performance-focused approach.
His cross-industry experience uniquely positions him to navigate complex business environments, foster innovation, and support IPKO’s sustainable growth while strengthening the company’s market leadership.

Director of the Human Resources and Training Department

Arta KOKA GRUBI

Arta Koka Grubi is Director of the Human Resources and Training Department at IPKO.
She brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Human Resource Management and organizational
development. Arta has pursued her education at prestigious universities in the United States, the
United Kingdom, and Europe. She holds both a D.B.A. and a Ph.D., specializing in Entrepreneurship,
Management, and Labor Economics. In her role, she is dedicated to strengthening the integration
of HR within business operations and plays a key role in supporting the company’s strategic objectives
and long-term development. Prior to joining IPKO Telecommunications, Arta served as Economic Advisor
to the Minister of Trade and Industry and held executive roles in projects funded by the European
Union and USAID. She has also contributed to academia through publications in international scientific
journals focusing on Human Resource Management and Labor Economics. Her achievements
have been internationally recognized with the prestigious Global Women’s Corporation Award from
the Global Summit of Women.

Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications

Afrika Zyferi

Afrika Zyferi is Director of Marketing & Communications at IPKO.
She leads the company’s integrated marketing, brand strategy, corporate communications, and public
relations functions. Since joining IPKO in March 2020, Afrika has played a key role in strengthening the
company’s brand positioning, enhancing corporate reputation, and building impactful strategic media partnerships. With over 15 years of professional experience, she has designed and executed comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that drive visibility, stakeholder engagement, and long-term brand value. Her leadership combines strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring strong alignment between business priorities and corporate messaging.
Afrika holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from RIT Kosovo, combining a strong academic background with extensive executive experience in corporate communications and strategic brand development.
