IPKO was an exclusive partner at Power to HR 2026, one of the most important Human Resources summits in Kosovo.
The event took place at AMC Hall in Prishtina, bringing together HR professionals and industry leaders for discussions on the future of work and developments in human capital management.

IPKO Supports Flood-Affected Families – Solidarity and Emergency Relief – 2026
IPKO has recently contributed donations to families affected by recent floods that caused significant material damage. Through this initiative, the aim is to ease the situation and provide concrete support to families facing difficulties.
The donation was carried out in cooperation with Kryqi i Kuq i Kosovës, which identified beneficiary families and distributed the aid packages, while IPKO acted as the donor of this support.

IPKO Supports the Next Generation of Cybersecurity Experts – Kosova Cyber Team – 2026
IPKO is proud to support the Kosova Cyber Team 2026 program as General Sponsor, a national initiative focused on developing the next generation of cybersecurity talent in Kosovo.
Throughout 2026, the program will provide hands-on training and competitive challenges, giving young people the opportunity to learn, test their skills, and grow in the field of cybersecurity.
Implemented in cooperation with Kosova Cyber Team and the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (FIEK) – University of Prishtina, under the professional leadership of Prof. Dr. techn Blerim Rexha, the program will engage over 180 high school students aged 16–25 from across Kosovo, with a strong focus on inclusion and gender equality, ensuring at least 30% female participation.
The program will culminate with Kosovo’s participation in the European Cybersecurity Challenge (ECSC) 2026. For IPKO, investing in cybersecurity means investing in education, innovation, and real opportunities for young people, while strengthening Kosovo’s long-term digital resilience.

Chopin Piano Fest Prishtina is one of the most important classical music festivals in Kosovo, bringing internationally renowned artists and dedicated classical music programs to Prishtina.
IPKO supports this festival as part of its commitment to the development of culture and arts in the country, contributing to the creation of spaces that connect audiences with high-quality artistic and cultural experiences.
Through this partnership, IPKO contributes to the promotion of classical music and the strengthening of the cultural scene in Kosovo, fostering a closer connection between the community and the arts.
Empowering Youth Through Innovation – MakerWeek – 2026
During MakerWeek 2026 at BONEVET Gjakova, young participants engaged in an intensive week focused on creativity and innovation. Through workshops in electronics, 2D design & Laser Cutting, 3D design & printing, and artificial intelligence, they developed tangible prototypes, transforming knowledge into practical solutions.
Beyond this event, IPKO continues to support BONEVET through projects addressing real-world challenges, including traffic efficiency, cyberbullying prevention, and the advancement of education through AI. These initiatives contribute to building a more innovative and sustainable future by empowering the next generation.

DokuFest – Power the mind not the void
IPKO again this year supports DokuFest as Gold Sponsor, standing by art, culture and critical thinking. For nine days, Prizren was transformed into an open stage of film, music and ideas, creating space for reflection, dialogue and inspiration. The magical opening atmosphere and the rich film programs highlighted the importance of this festival for the community and the cultural identity of the country.
As part of the 2025 edition, IPKO organized the “NextGen Filmmakers” workshop for young people aged 12 – 15, where they learned how to create documentaries and the basics of photography. The final result, the “The NextGen Filmmakers of DokuFest” film, was presented in the festival’s educational programme. Through this and other activities, IPKO empowers creativity and helps build a creative future for the new generations.

The 17th edition of PriFest turns Prishtina into the capital of culture and film, offering a unique window into the world of cinema with films from the Balkans, Europe and the entire world. Festival of Theatres, Ferizaj – Your circle, your stage.
IPKO supports the 55th Festival of Theatres in Ferizaj, the oldest theatre event in Kosovo and the region. Since 1970, this festival has kept alive the passion for the stage, art and creativity, contributing to cultural development and the strengthening of the artistic community.
This year’s edition brought performances from Albania and international artists, the “Youth in the Black Box” program for young people, as well as panels on the role of women in art and theatre in the age of technology. Supporting art and culture is a valuable investment in the development of the community, the strengthening of cultural identity and the inspiration of new generations.
IPKO in support of the 75th anniversary of the “Prenk Jakova” School of Music in Prishtina
IPKO has gladly supported the activities marking the 75th anniversary of the “Prenk Jakova” School of Music, an institution that since 1949 has been the cornerstone of music education in Kosovo. For 75 years, this school has built generations of artists, cultivated professionalism and influenced the cultural development of the community and the country.
The jubilee year was marked by a series of important artistic activities, including concerts, performances by pupils, as well as concert tours in Croatia and Slovenia, led by dedicated teachers and conductors.
