What is the Whistleblowing Channel?
The Whistleblowing Channel is a safe and secure way for you to report any suspected violations of our company policies, code of conduct, or the law. This can include concerns about:

  • Accounting or financial improprieties
    • Safety hazards
    • Environmental violations
    • Discrimination or harassment
    • Unethical business practices

Why use the Whistleblowing Channel?

  • Confidentiality: Your identity can be kept anonymous if you choose.
    • Protection: We have a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against whistleblowers.
    • Positive Impact: Your report can help us identify and address problems before they escalate.

How to use the Whistleblowing Channel?
There are two main ways to submit a report:
Online: Reporting of concerns can be made through the email address whistleblowing@ipko.com.
• Official mail: Reporting can also be made through the submission of the report in the official address: 34 Zija Shemsiu, Ulpiana, Prishtina, 10000.

What to include in your Report?
The nature of your concern
• Any specific details or evidence you have
• The names of any individuals involved (if known)
• Dates and times (if applicable)

Please be mindful that specific criteria are established to evaluate complaints. Therefore, all complaints must adhere to formal standards and be substantiated, rather than solely relying on allegations or containing manifestly false information.

What happens after you submit a Report?
All reports submitted through the Whistleblowing Channel are taken seriously and investigated promptly. You will receive a confirmation that your report has been received, although we may not be able to disclose specific details about the investigation due to confidentiality reasons.
