At IPKO, we believe that education and gender equality are the foundations of a developed and inclusive society. In March, we organized two key activities that reflect our ongoing commitment to these values.
On March 7, Teachers’ Day, we honored the extraordinary work of teachers shaping the future generations. We expressed our gratitude for their tireless dedication and highlighted the support IPKO has provided to dozens of schools across Kosova. This recognition is not just symbolic but demonstrates our long-term commitment to strengthening education and supporting schools in both urban and rural areas.
On March 8, International Women’s Day, we celebrated the strength, contribution and inspiration women bring to society. IPKO stores distributed flowers to our female clients, while symbolic gift packages were donated to girls and women caring for children at SOS Children’s Villages of Kosova. Our pride grows even more within the company: 48% of employees and 40% of managerial positions at IPKO are held by women.
In collaboration with the Mitrovica Women’s Football Club, we distributed jerseys and motivational messages promoting the role of women in sports. These activities highlighted the power, courage and inspiration women bring every day, both within and beyond our community.
