My IPKO Web Selfcare platform provides you access to the transactions of your IPKO mobile phone number for the last 45 days. Any transaction that causes an expense will be displayed on the platform.

To sign up on the platform you must follow the following steps:

  • Open the link: my.ipko.com
  • Click button: Private Client
  • Then click below: Click here to sign up
  • Fill in the required fields exactly and accept the general terms and conditions and then
    click “continue”.

You will receive on your phone the message with the security code which you need to enter in the field that opens in the platform, where then your account will be created and you will have access to the transactions of your number.

Business Clients:

As an IPKO business client, through My IPKO Web Selfcare platform you will have access to all services you have in your business contract (Mobile Telephony, Internet, Digital Television and other services).

On this platform, you will be able to manage the following services:

  • Transactions of all mobile phone numbers
  • Unpaid invoices and pay them directly through the My IPKO Web Selfcare platform
  • Increase the credit limit for monthly prepaid numbers
  • And for any technical support, you can contact us directly through this platform
