TIP packages are prepaid packages that contain combined benefits such as: minutes, SMS and mobile internet and enable you to communicate with all operators in Kosovo and the Western Balkans

Tip packages

To activate one of the TIP packages you must have an active IPKO number and have sufficient funds in the account, depending on which package you want to activate.
Below in the table you can find the TIP packages which can be activated through the corresponding code or through our MyIPKO application (which you can find in the AppStore and Playstore depending on whether you are a user of the IOS or Android system).

BP – Western Balkans
The benefits of the TIP Trendy package are valid for use only within Kosovo, while the benefits of the TIP Aktiv and Tip Ndryshe packages can also be used during the stay in the countries of the Western Balkans (Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina ).
National minutes and SMS for Tip Aktiv and Ndryshe packages can be used in total in the countries of the Western Balkans with all operators, while for mobile Internet the policy for fair use is applied, where the UK limit in these countries is:

ACTIVE TYPE: 3,387 MB
DIFFERENT TYPE: 5,647 MB

The benefits of the Active Type and Other Type package which are valid in the Western Balkans are only valid for private users (Individual with prepaid)
If you have a problem using the Internet, please check if you have it enabled. If not, activate your internet by dialing the code *321#.
In order not to spend from the main Internet account, you must first stop “data” on your phone and activate a new TIP package and then release the “data” option again.
MB and unused bundle minutes are lost when your bundle expires. In order to keep MB and remaining mines you need to activate new pack before old pack expires (at least one day earlier).
To activate packages in advance you must have sufficient funds in the account. IPKO offers the possibility of sending top-up in different values to your number or someone else’s IPKO number by visiting any of our stores and distributors or easily by sending electronic top-up through the following channels:

Package management, activation, checking account status, sending the package as a gift can be done more easily through the MyIPKO application (available on AppStore and PlayStore).

After the TiP pack expires, the new pack (last activated and largest) is automatically reactivated whenever you recharge. If you do not want the TIP package to be activated automatically, you can stop the automatic activation by dialing the code *110*9#.
