  • The validity period of the refill of your account depends on the amount of credit you decide to top-up your phone account and shall apply from the moment that the refill is made:
  • *Validity, which you define by choosing the refill, shows the time period during which you may use all mobile telephony services, whereas after the expiry of the defined time, for example 10 days, 20 days, 30 days and so on, for the next 14 days you may only receive calls.
  • If you do not top-up your phone during these 14 days, then your number will be disconnected.

How to use SMS Top Up to top up my phone account through TEB Bank?

Through the TEB account you can top up your mobile phone, internet, digital television and DUO TV. Send a message to 50001 with the text below, depending on the service you want to top up.

To top up the IPKO mobile phone account: Write the mobile phone number (without the first zero), space, the amount with which you want to top up the account and send an SMS to the number 50001. eg: 49xxxxxx 5 (for top-ups from €5)

The amount you can top up through TEB Bank is from €1 to €100.

To top up the IPKO online account: Type the word IPKO, username, space and ‘int’ and send an SMS to the number 50001, eg: IPKO (space) username (space).

To top up the IPKO television account: Type the word IPKO, username, space and ‘TV’ and send an SMS to the number 50001, eg: IPKO (space), username (space) TV.

To top up the IPKO DUO TV (television and internet) account: Type the word IPKO, username, space and ‘duotv’ and send an SMS to 50001, eg: IPKO (space) username (space) duotv.

How do I use SMS Top Up to top up my phone account through BPB?

Through the BPB account you can recharge your mobile phone, internet, digital television and DUO TV. by sending a message to the number 50000.

To top up the IPKO landline phone account: Type Fixed, leave a space, enter the amount you want to top up the account with, leave a space and send an SMS to the number 50000
for example: “Fiks. 038xxxxxx 5” (for top-ups of €5)

To top up the IPKO internet account: Type Int, leave a space, username or contract name and send an SMS message to the number 50000
i.e.: “Int username”

To top up the IPKO television account: Type the word IPKO, username, space and ‘TV’ and send an SMS to the number 50001, eg: IPKO (space), username (space) TV.
