These packages are designed for using the Internet in Kosovo and the countries of the region:

In order for these packages to work when you are outside Kosovo, you must follow several steps:

  • Connect to your phone in automatic mode,,
  • Make sure the APN is IPKO
  • Activate “Data” and “Data Roaming” in the Settings section on your phone:

Payment methods

At the beginning of each month, you will receive information about your expenses for the previous month via SMS, and at the same time, you will receive an invoice with details of expenses in your e-mail. Otherwise the account balance and debt will be reflected in your profile in the My IPKO application.

You can pay your bill through several different channels:

  • My IPKO application
  • Shop / Point of sale of IPKO
  • SMS Top-up (through the bank)
  • Top-up (via ATM)
  • Online payment portal

Please be careful!

  • In order not to spend from the main Internet account, you must first stop “data” on your phone and activate a new package and then release the “data” option again.
  • Unused bundle MB are lost when your bundle expires. In order to keep the remaining MB you need to activate the new package before the old package expires.
  • If you have problem using the internet, please check if you have it enabled. If not, activate your internet by dialing the code *321#.

    If your internet package in roaming has been used up, access to the internet will be interrupted to protect your balance from unnecessary expenses. To continue using it, we suggest activating a new package.

 To activate packages in advance you must have sufficient funds in the account. IPKO offers the possibility of sending top-up in different values to your number or someone else’s IPKO number by visiting any of our stores and distributors or easily by sending electronic top-up through the following channels:

  • Online payment portal
  • MyIPKO application
  • Your bank’s e-banking
