During the trial phase which lasted six months and which ends on June 1st, when the service will be commercialized, around 2 million MMS were sent every month and there have been over 100.000 configurations of this service in cellular phones.

Over the course of one month, IPKO consumers have sent over 2 million Multimedia Messages (MMS), thus proving the popularity of this service and the affinity of Kosovars to use modern opportunities provided by mobile telephony.
The MMS service provided by IPKO, which enables sending not only text messages but also image, video and audio messages, marked a record-achieving use that was so far unseen in the Kosovar market of mobile telephony.
During the trial period of the MMS service, which lasted six months, over 100.000 consumers configured and used this value added service, with the 100.000 figure marking a record of users in the local market so far.
The trial period proved that the service did not experience any major technical difficulties, the few problems have been fixed, and the service is now functioning problem-free.
